We grow Hemp Baby Leaf with our partners JD Farms on our farm on the North Fork of Long Island only in the summer. This highly seasonal item has less than 0.3% THC, marijuana’s principal psychotropic compound, and so is completely legal to be grown in New York State and consumed in other states. It has a light lemony flavor, and we like to use it as one might use baby kale.
