As a home cook, I wasn’t familiar with Chervil as it is highly perishable and near impossible to find in retail stores. But Eberhard wanted to grow it for his restaurants and I was immediately charmed by its delicate lacy leaves and mild anise flavor. Chervil is particularly enchanting when used in fish or potato dishes. We offer our chervil washed and in bulk packs.
